His previous work experience includes full-time roles at Robert A.M. Stern Architects, Pei Cobb Freed & Partners, SOM, KPF, OMA, FXCollaborative, and Perkins+Will. He has experience leading both new ground-up and renovation projects of varying scales across the Greater New York and Tri-State area. His recent work has centered on adaptive reuse and urban renovation projects, including both interior and exterior adaptive-reuse projects. He also maintains a strong interest in real estate development and environmentally responsive design strategies that emphasize long-term value and investment for the future. Eric holds an Honours Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the University of Waterloo in Canada, where he graduated with distinction and Dean’s List recognition. Through the university’s co-operative education program, he graduated with over two years of full-time professional experience at commercially recognized internatinal design firms during his studies. Between 2021 and 2023, he furthered his education by completing several post-graduate certifications in Construction Management (Columbia University), Project Management (University of California), International Business (University of Colorado), and Sustainable Design and Affordable Housing (Parsons School of Design). He consistently maintains his professional credentials, including LEED AP BD+C (2014-current), WELL AP (2019-current), and Fitwel Ambassador (2024-current), along with holding an OSHA-10 construction safety training card (2020-current).
