Eric (Eun Kwang) Lee is an experienced and accomplished project designer and architect, based in New York City. He has a diverse knowledge and background in exterior design evelope, interior design and architectural details. He has accumulated over 7 plus years of professional work experience in internationally recognized architectural design firms, mainly in New York City, in addition to experience in London, UK and Rotterdam, Netherlands. His experience expands to all phases of architectural design work from feasibility to construction administration phase, including landmark buildings. His primary interest and experience is based and expanded from well conceived architectural design work with attention to details. Originally born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Toronto, Canada, he is bilingual in English and Korean and holds a permanent residency in U.S, in addition to holding a Canadian citizenship. He is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Canada with an honor's degree in bachelor of architectural studies. In 2013, He graduated with distinction and dean's list with over two years of professional work experience. Since then, he has been practicing his architectural career in internationally recognized architectural design firms in New York City. Most recently, he worked as a project designer and architect with Beyer Blinder Belle Architects responsible for completing numerous landmark renovations and expansions in New York City. He holds professional credentials in LEED AP BD+C from USGBC and WELL AP from IWBI. Between 2021 and 2022, he received multiple specialzied certifications from post-graduate programs reinforcing and expanding his knowledge and interest in construction administration, project management and sustainable design. Specifically, He received a specialized certification in Construction Management from Columbia University with the courses specializing in construction administration and management. He also completed specialized certifications in Project Management from University of California, International Business from University of Colorado and and Healthier Building Materials, Affordable Housing and Sustainable Buildings from Parsons University. In addition to his interests and experience in detailed design and sustainable work, he also holds interest in construction administration, coordination and management. He is OSHA-10 certified and trained.
