Eric Lee is an experienced architectural designer with broad knowledge in exterior envelope, interior design and architectural details. He has accumulated well-rounded professional work experience in internationally recognized architectural design firms, mainly in New York City, in addition to experience in London, UK and Rotterdam, Netherlands. He has experience in all phases of architectural design from feasibility to construction administration work. His primary interest and experience is based and expanded from well thoughtout architectural design, ranging from conceptual design to detailed design. Originally born in Seoul, South Korea and raised in Toronto, Canada, he is bilingual in English and Korean. He is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Canada with an honor's degree in bachelor of architectural studies. In 2013, He graduated with distinction and dean's list with over two years of professional work experience from prestigious architectural firms in NYC, USA, Rotterdam, Netherlands and London, UK. Since then, he has been practicing architecture in design oriented notable commercial architecture firms in New York City. He holds professional credentials in LEED AP BD+C from USGBC and WELL AP from IWBI. Most recently, He received a specialized certification in Construction Management from Columbia University with the program specializing in construction project management. He also holds specialized certifications in Project Management from University of California and in Healthier Building Materials and Sustainable Buildings from Parsons School of Design, as well as a certification in Renewable Energy and Green Building Entreneurship from Duke University. In addition to his broad interests and experience in feasibility studies, sustainable and detailed design work, he also holds interest in construction management and has recent experience in managing construction administration work. He is OSHA-10 certified.
