Eric Lee is a Canadian and American multi-faceted architectural design professional with professional experience in commercially recognized architectural design firms in mainly New York, in addition to experience in London, UK and Rotterdam, Netherlands. He has diverse experience in various typologies of architectural design work, including mixed-use, residential, retail, commercial office, cultural, educational and renovation projects. His experience encompasses both exterior and interior work, and he has worked on numerous sensitive landmark projects across New York City. His major experience comes from working in internationally recognized commercial architectural design firms in New York City, in addition to experience in London, UK and Rotterdam, Netherlands. He is a graduate of University of Waterloo in Canada with an honor's degree in bachelor of architectural studies, which he graduated with distinction and dean's list. During his time at University of Waterloo, he gained plus two years of full-time professional work experience in internally recogonzied design firms around the globe. Most recently, he was a project designer and architect with Beyer Blinder Belle Architects working on numerous building typologies and scales in the Greater New York and Tri-state area, including both ground-up and renovation projects. He holds several professional credentials, including LEED AP BD+C from USGBC and WELL AP from IWBI, in addition to holding a Fitwel Ambassador credential from CfAD (Center for Active Design). Between 2021 and 2023, he received multiple specialzied certifications from post-graduate programs: a specialized certification in Construction Management from Columbia University with the courses specializing in construction administration and management. He also received specialized certifications in Project Management from University of California, International Business from University of Colorado and and Healthier Building Materials, Affordable Housing and Sustainable Buildings from Parsons University. He is OSHA-10 certified and trained for construction industry.
